I have lived in this complex for many years, have friends in all buildings. The parking is for only one car, the new management staff are horrible and the complex is under construction. Sentry construction corporation is the on-site contractor and Guardian property management is the new management group. In the short time since they have taken over in October 2001 they have managed to repeatedly trespass (enter without permission or notification on more than 30 occassions (that I know of). The construction project is terrible in an of itself, every time they work on a project it doesn?t pass inspection and they have to do it again. I have come out of the shower to find unauthorized personnel in my apartment etc. etc. The construction group was even using my apartment as a "break room" while I was at work. They have unearthed odd dust and smells during construction that have left many of us ill. This used to be a great place to live and has become something of a nightmare. Two days ago they even cut down some trees over our cars and didn?t notify us. I came out to my car surrounded by large tree branches. It used to have a waiting list as long as 6 months for occupancy, now there are empty units scattered throughout. To top it all off, they plan on revoking assigned parking privedges (first come first serve and guests can park anywhere they want even if residents cannot find space) and drastically increasing the rent. This management company has also taken over two properties in East Providence, RI where I have friends and they are just as unhappy.

Phone lines in building one buzz, stairs in need of repair, water jumps from very hot to cold frequently while in the shower, heat emitts an odd odor that causes red eye etc. They don?t respond to maintenance calls. Management staff is very rude, ignorant of the renters law or common courtesy and at best unresponsive.
