I have lived here for two years and would renew for a third if my job did not require that I move. The management has never been anything but pleasant to me in all my dealings, including when I had to tell them I was not renewing my lease. I have always found the grounds to be well maintained and the maintainance staff to be helpful. I have even needed my sink fixed in the middle of the night and they did not treat me with anything but kindness. It has a great location, a lovely pool, clean facilities, and a pleasant staff.
