Briar Wood Meadows 92% Recommended May 02 2008: My girlfriend and I moved into Briarwood right after college and it's been an amazing 3 years. 5-10 mins from the Bay. 20 mins from Providence. 20 mins from Newport. 30 mins from the Beach. A little over an hour Briar Wood Meadows 92% Recommended Apr 15 2008: My boyfriend and I moved into Briarwood Meadows in November of 2006. We love it here! They have so many wonderful ammenities...2 pools (indoor and outdoor), gym, clubhouse, garden, tennis courts, bbq pits, etc. The list goes on and Trafalgar East 38% Recommended Mar 11 2008: I have lived here for 6 years because it's just difficult to find anything else and afford to move. The mgmt is just horrible, nosey, rude, catty, full of gossip, and unreasonable. The property is poorly maintained.
