Mgmt. is non-responsive

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
The apartments are nice enough. The mgmt of the building is non-responsive to complaints or they try to blame the tenants.
They use under qualified personnel to do the repairs i.e. unlicensed people that don't really know how to maintain or repair the plumbing. The landlord attemptts to intimidate especially the elderly.
