Large rooms, high ceilings, terrific location, close to highways. There are 3 buildings, one has an elevator. Some units are ground level "garden" apartments, some units have balconies. Laundry facilities are inside each building, you do not need to venture outdoors. Plowing in winter is so-so. Dishwasher, large closets. I moved because the place was sold and the new owners wanted to increase my rent by 50%; I bought a house and pay less in my mortgage than what my new rent would have been. But that is probably just the market at this point in time. I really enjoyed my time there. Each floor is cement under the wall to wall rug, so very quiet. My opnion of office staff is inadequate, I moved when the new owners and new staff came into the picture.
