I would like to start by saying i was happy with the apartment size. The price was decent.... $800 for a one bedroom. The grounds were fine and laundry facility was fine. Never really had issues with not being able to finish any laundry. The location is great and was only a mile from work so that was what determined my renting from this location.

BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!
The staff is typical "east coast" mentalitly. Poor service, Low quality staffing. In the early part of 2005 there was a new assistant manager, which i didnt deal much with until we moved out. She was polite at times, but not a step up in the quality of staff!
It is also the most annoying thing to try to get ahold of staff and get the answering service as well. They have NO CLUE per a answering staff memebers comment of who they are working for and that is frustrating.

All i know is if i performed as poorly at my Job as the staff performs at management I would not last 1 hour!

I also only lived in the apartment for 1 full year..... 8 months after moving in there was a major water leak in the bathroom during a snow storm. I called the emergency maintenance who did come out to the apartment late at night. I was informed the management office would be notified. THEY WERE NOT! Then it happened again a few weeks later and someone came out ot look at the leak. Still nothing was done about the problem. I had written letters as well as left messages about this issue. I lived there a complete year and nothing was ever done about the issue.

Rent at your own risk. I mean come on its New England and the East Coast..... poor service and low quality staff is expected i guess!
