I lived at East shore Apts for 9 years which were wonderful under the original owner, Louis Regnier, but when he sold out to the firm the are the owners now, well it was and is all down hill from there. Not only did they raise the rents without doing any improvements, but the new owners are now letting in families with screaming babies and kids running around the parking lots as there are no places for kids to play. It is not a place for children. Maybe I am a snob, however I really do not want to live were my neighbors are selling drugs and you can imagine what else.....
Never in the 9 years of my tenancy was my apartment painted or the carpeting changed. The l bedrooms do not come with a dishwasher, and with the price they are charging now,$850/mo. a dishwasher should be included. My shower leaked down to my neighbor's bathroom flooding it and my upstairs neighbor's leaked flooded my bathroom. There is a pool on the premises and it is not maintained as the buildings are not maintained.
I would not recommed this facility under the now owners.

I totally agree with your review. I have been living at East Shore for less than a year and all we received were empty promises from the so-called management staff. The buildings are run down and dirty and they charge top dollar rent. I won't be renewing my lease - and it is obvious that many others arent' either - about 6 people have moved out just this week. Good ole Guardian Property Management - they are useless.
