For an example of how the management treats the renters at East Shore Apartments, check out the second response to my previous review (response found after this review). This response was apparently written by Alex, the former manager of this complex. Professional and courteous right' Alex thankfully no longer works here, and hopefully she's attending night school to learn proper use of syntax and grammer. My only question is, why post a response anonymously' Alex, if you are so proud of your work, why not sign it' By the way, we do pay $1,100 for a one bedroom. However, I'm not suprised that you don't even know the rental rates for the apartments you "managed".

Your completely right! I have lived here for two years and started having a couple of major issues that did not get resolved immediately, in fact I was one day away from calling the State Of Rhode Island. Alex is completely rude, irresponsible, and unprofessional, her "memos" are not spelled right and my 2 year old cousin could spell and write better, you would think she would at least know how to use spell check. Maintenance issues do not get resolved, I had flooding issues in my apartment which did not get addressed immediately. The Mount Vernon Company from Boston just took over east shore and east gate, and were advised by the new management company that there will be major improvements, they put new shingles on the apartment buildings, and started working on the grounds, but I don???t know if interiorly will get addressed such as plumbing, failing walls, etc. I do hope, but Alex is still managing here at East Shore and East Gate, she is still fake and unprofessional. I also hope the rent does not go up dramatically or at all, I'm paying $900 a month, and am thinking of finding a cheaper place, until I can invest in property instead of renting.

Hey Damn ASS...for your information...there is no way that you were paying $1100.00 a month for a 1 bd apartment...
I might have spelled letters incorrectly but you got the point...I'm sure the new management is a lot better...NOT
