Disrespect to Long-Term Tenants of Mgmt when filling Vacant Appts
They are only interested in filling holes instead of managing where future tenants should be put.. I am a long-term renter here.. Never complain, or call office for anything.. The leasing agent who no longer works here, decides to put a welfare lazy --- Momā¦Ā See More >anonymous

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND MOLD, MOLD, MOLD!
The management at east shore apartments is terrible. Don't even bother calling with a question or issue because she wont get back to you. And if she does, she is rude, unprofessional and ignorant. After calling to report a major mold issue in myā¦Ā See More >ghoastmanonthird

Not a bad experience overall
My wife and I have lived at East Shore for over a year. From what i can tell, there are 2 main people that manage the building and the sister building on Wamponaug Trail (where the main office is located). I personally feel that theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!
While the new management company may be beautifying the exterior of the complex, they are doing nothing to rectify the substandard conditions in interior units. They are spending money to purchase furniture, rugs and even a flat screen tv for the lobby of theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

so happy
These are the best apartments in East Providence! The improvements keep coming and I couldn't be happier coming home to my apartment at night. Things started out a little shaky when I first moved in over a year ago, but I really like itā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I can't wait to move....
I am so disappointed with this place...the neighbors are lovely but the management personal is a mess...you can never get a hold of someone, the new chic that took over is an idiot, she is never around. The new company that took over hasā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog.
I totally agree with the previous poster. This complex is HORRIBLE! It is now under new ownership so the "memos" have finally ceased; however, other nightmare aspects of living here have worsened. I rated parking as 3 stars (adequate) only because thereā¦Ā See More >andpack

Example of management style :)
For an example of how the management treats the renters at East Shore Apartments, check out the second response to my previous review (response found after this review). This response was apparently written by Alex, the former manager of this complex. Professional andā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Very Good
Large rooms, high ceilings, terrific location, close to highways. There are 3 buildings, one has an elevator. Some units are ground level "garden" apartments, some units have balconies. Laundry facilities are inside each building, you do not need to venture outdoors. ā¦Ā See More >East Shore Apartments
