While the new management company may be beautifying the exterior of the complex, they are doing nothing to rectify the substandard conditions in interior units. They are spending money to purchase furniture, rugs and even a flat screen tv for the lobby of the main building so people can basically park their rearends down for hours on end and gawk at incoming residents and their guests and make a nuisance of themselves. Additionally, complaints go unnoticed by so-called property management and they need more than an onsite manager, they need police to consistently govern the goings on at East Shore. Never in my life have I seen so many tenant-tenant related issues as I have since living here. It's supposed to be a "luxury apartment complex" but at this point, it equals Section 8!
