I have lived there for eight years and now i have moved the apartments are nice how ever the kids are out of control there the management never stays and if you get a basement apartment or first floor you will be robbed unless you keep y0ur windows and doors locked at all times and dont forget all the drug activities there between the kids and the mothers i dont know who is worse. the good part to evergreen apartments is the rent is cheap and the utilities are included.

We lived in evergreen for over twenty years and for the most part it was good but about 10 years ago it started to change for the worse there was a lot of people that were moving into the complex that had no sense of family and became a place for drugs and the people that were getting assistents from welfare eventually got caught up in the drugs themseves and it was allo down hill from there .However it was not everyone there were alot of good people there and we tried to stay away from that element of people that were causing all of the problems. In all of the years that we were there we never got robbed nor did we ever have any trouble we gave and we helped the people with kids and always had time for the good kids that is probetly why we never had any problems, We had a garden in the back of our appartment where we grew vegetables and no one messed it up they had respect for us and we returnd it back to them. Oh there were a few that took advantage but we got along. Currently we live out west where we bought a home and are living well in the wide open spaces.respectfully pep1939596@msn.com
