I live at Evergreen Apts, very briefly.
Was a single mom, who was working 2 jobs and NOT on welfare.
The place was cheap in rent and also in service.
My neighbors only wanted to party day in and day out!
Forget out the management team, I beleive they were the top drug dealers.
The people above me sounded like a bunch of horses clomping on the ceiling, their kids up til all hours, my light fixture started to crack. I'm sorry as a person who needs to work and not "live off the state", I need my sleep.
If your a partier, who doesn't care about the well being of yourself or you children, then this is THE PLACE for you!
IF your a normal person, high tail it out. BY pass this place and don't look back!!
P.S. Had to get a lawyer to break out of my lease. I got my security back, after much wrangling!!
