Evergreen is the most worst place to live especially with all the trashy people selling drugs. I am a mother with 5 kids and a husband who lived here for 9 years. We are planning to maybe move to Vermont, New Hampshire, or Maine where it is peaceful, beautiful, and secure. The only good thing about evergreen apts is that its cheap. Too noisy with people putting up fights all the time. I have a downstairs neighbor who has kids always fighting with mine! I can't take this unsafe place. The staff and manager are out of control, not caring for the people. Pets aren't alowed and yet people have 100 pound dogs running around with stray cats wandering on the bottom of the stairs! There used to be a beautiful playground but kids destroyed the whole thing within days.

I totally agree with everything you said except for the pet thing. Pets are allowed, you have to pay a little more, but up to two pets are allowed, no size limits. Regardless, this is a horrible place to live, im moving next month, the second my lease expires.
