I have lived in evergreen for four years so far and it's okay. The rent is based on your income so if you don't have a job you still can live here and even if you do have a job all the utilities are included. It's cheeper than living some where else with high gas and electric bills. There are some down points like; thin walls, drug trafficing, maintanence staff constant changes. But overall it's not bad. I never had anything bad happen, I feel safe here and when I ask for something to be fixed they do. If you keep to yourself and are respectful to your neighbors this is a good starting place.
