This place will make sure to screw up your rental history. They will leave you negative credit history upon move out for leaving a piece of dirt on the carpet when you leave. Renters beware! The property looks great for the area being so close to Providence. The leasing office will lie to you in a second. They will charge one person $1300 and another person $1050 for the same place just to milk you for all of your money. Just be very catious about and lease that you sign with these people.
