Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have lived here for a year and it was really not good experience.
Management peoples are really bad and slow. If you ask something for maintenance, you may need to ask more than two or three times.
My unit had mouses. We usually heard moving sound of mouse on ceiling and my wife saw mouse three times.
