Very nice apartments at reasonable price

I'm wondering why Kent Farm Village only got 1 review.
After living here for three years, I'm very happy with this apartment overall. The main complaint is the wall seems thin, and not very sound-proof.
I'm very satisfied with the management, staff, facilities, and maintenance. With all utilities included, the apartment is at a very reasonable price. The neighborhood is very friendly and convenient.
