The Rent is great

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
Wampanoag Village isubsidized housing so the rent is 30% of your income, which can't be beat. The management, however, is incompetant. Where they get their employees are beyond me. And maintenance likes to go into your apartment and look through your belongings.

Stay away unless you are desperate.
