its true that you get what you pay for. this place is worth the money. Its pretty quite and its well maintained. The staff is nice. Maintenance only work Monday through Friday but they work til 5 and are there is a emergency line. I had problems with my toilet and they replaced it the next day. The place is called Bainbridge now and I see them doing updates all the time. I hear construction sometimes if I am home during the day. - Coming from Jefferson at PP I am much happier
