The place is poorly lighted and even in day time most apartments are dark. If you plan to move in here first check if there is enough sunlight at daytime in the apartment without the lights turned on. Else it would be like living in a dungeon. I am planning to move out even though my apartment is the rarest apartment that is well lighted in the block. The reason I plan to move out is poor service.
