How a good place is now turned into a nightmare From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   We lived in this apartment from 2002 onwards and at that time they were one of the better ones in the neighborhood. There has been a change of management in March 2005 and it all started from their. Now this place is a peice of crap. The old managemtn had a better Gym and the one now is not worth mentioning. There used to be a club house for the residents and now that a history with some crappy so called office. Apartment is not maintained professionally. Was not undergone professional cleaning during winter. Be prepared to fall down couple of time in winter and forget regarding the repair. The Management does not feel shame to say that they dont have budget to fix the issues. I would strongly agree people to looks some where else rather than gettitng struck over here. The management will tell you all lies before you sign the lease and once its done you are in trouble. The lease break conditions are pathetic and will go to any extent. I am glad we moved out in timely fashion. Overall Rating 0/5(i would not like to give evan 1 which nis poor 5 being excellent and 0 being not worth doing the analysis). The construction is very old. we had a new neighbour into one of the new remodel ones and their kitchen and bathroom cabinet fell apart with in less in 2 months. It got repaired after several calls and going through lot of pain. Be away as much as possible with this community which now includes Shorewood,SpringField. With this kind of Managment i am sure they are also not the better place to live. Thanks.
