Dont even think of this apartment complex if you have kids. You kids will be afraid to move out of your apartment.
The apartment complex has turned out to be a trash in the last 1 yr.
Fairfield properties are one of the worst management companies and the manager at bainbidge goes with the reputation.

Wait till your sign your lease....
Watch out....and beware.......

The management really feels that they can control the kids by scaring them. This apartment was very good in the past few yrs. I have been living since 2004 and the new management is worst when it comes to handling kids.
Pretty bad...bad.. bad..

If you are single/married/Old aged better look for some friendly place to live.
The carpets are old;kitchen wood worn out.

Certainly not worth the price and not to forget the attitude that you get once you move in.. or sign your lease.
Everything is simple before you sign your leave and you will feel how complex it gets after that....

The Mangement makes your feel very good till your sign the lease.
They are very very bad people.

Dont buy any words unless you make them write on paper.
Snow removal is poor since last year.
I fell down twice last year and mangement does nothing.


And by the way to the last post by whom so ever (which i feel is from the management if yes better read this): There are so many old people living in the apartment complex who dont know how to use computer so might have entered data badly but that does not mean thats a bad review. See to what extent people are ready to go at that age. In case someone wants to speak with me write down your email adress and i will be more than happy to give you the details so that you dont end up in the trap....

I live here and have very nice neighbors, How ever I did complain about UNSUPERVISED CHILDERN running up and down the hallways it disturbs other people there are some areas where childern could play but not many CONTROLL your kids and be respectful of your neighbors!
