I don't disagree with some of the other negative comments, however, they are mostly based on unrealistic expectations. If you pay $750/month for a place, you can not expect it to be a palace nor to have mints placed on your pillow by the staff.

I found the place very safe, reasonably quiet, and to be a convenient location. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, even though a bit overworked (ie, they could probably use more help). Kathy in the front office was there the entire time I was and is an extremely nice woman. John , Woody, and the other maintenance guys were great too. Parking was more than ample. Of course there were some strange neighbors, but that too is something you'll get anywhere - even in a luxury high-rise.

The bottom line is that it isnt perfect, but it is superb value - well worth what you pay. I lived in 51 B5 for six years... I highly suggest buildings 51-53 (as someone else suggested) as they are optimal. I am not too sure of the conditions of the older ones near the front. Hope this helps someone - good luck hunting!
