The K.G. apartment community definitely gets my vote For the past 2 years, I have rented a 1-bedroom brick-style apartment at Kingston Gardens. About two weeks after we moved in our upstairs neighbor moved in and that's when the peace and quiet disappeared. If you pay $750/month for a place, you can not expect it to be a palace nor to have mints placed on Kingston Gardens 50% Recommended May 10 2006: There were a few weirdos in the complex but overall a decent place to live with excellent maitenance, few hassles and flexible landlord/landlady.
