I am a current resident and I enjoy living here very much. The office staff is very helpful and polite. The maintance staff is quick when responding to problems and fix the problem the first time. I feel the the staff values thier tenants and will do what they can to keep thier residents happy. For instance, the air conditioner in my apartment was not working very well, so I stopped in the office and the Manager asked me if it looked old, I said yes and she offerd to have a new one put in. The maintance staff came that same week to install it. It is also nice to live in an apartment community that will take my dog. The yard is always kept up and the pool is a welcome treat in the hot summer months. They also keep the building up as best they can. The replace the outside carpets on a regular basis, repaint the halls when needed, fix potholes that are the town's responsiblility, all to make the residnets happy. I have lived here almost two years and will continue to until my life heads in another direction. If you are looking for a well managed apartment complex with a friendly staff, I wold recommend Eastbay Village
