I have lived at East Bay Village for four months. I Have found the grounds to be well maintained and the apartments to be in fair to good shape. I have had no problems with either getting maintenance done, or being charged for it. Parking is more than adequate, I have never had to park in another building's lot. I really like the utilities included in the rent, and the fact that they are a "pet friendly" place as I just acquired two cats.
