Terribly disappointing

If East Bay Village was considerably less expensive, it wouldn't be a bad spot, but for the cost of the apartments the overall experience here is terrible.
Maintenance is hard to get a hold of, and generally the "cheaper is better" philosophy is followed.
Office staff (if you manage to get in touch with one, which isn't likely) is tight-lipped and generally snobbish and hard to interact with.
The goal here really seems to be just to maximize the amount of money they leech out of a tenent before they drive them away with sub-par service, mediocre apartments, and consistent rent increases.
