I have lived at East Bay Village for several years and I thought Whitney was a very nice girl. I dont know why she is no longer there, probably moved on to another position, but I thought she was very pleasant to deal with. There was a time that I had a problem in my bathroom, and she was very quick to return my call. She always had a smile on her face and I thought she did a good job. Maybe the person who wrote a bad review about her just did not like dealing with a young woman
