I have been a property manager for a few years and have never seen such poor communication. My boyfriend and I tried to transfer from a 1 bedroom apartment into a 2 bedroom and they would not let us wait 2 days to move! This was rediculous and they should have been willing to work with us, especially since he leased there for over 4 years AND rent was never late!! The final straw was that our carpet was in immaculate condition except for one small, 1/2 dime sized stain in the bedroom. Any good and honest property manager would have patched it, but instead they took our entire deposit and said they were forced to replace the carpet.To show their true colors as a bad business, they had the audacity to give us a check back in the amount of $.80. Thanks fot eh slap in the face Picerne and the redhead in the office!
