I read the review posted on 05/05/2002 and don't know what that person is referring to. We have lived here for three years and have found maintenance to be EXTREMELY quick in responding to issues. The management is nothing but nice. Yes, the rent is high, but look around the area, this is an expensive place to live. For the size apartment that we have, we find the rent to be quite reasonable. We recommend this complex!!!
