There is a high turnover rate for staff. There is always someone different in the office when I go to pay the rent. Every time it rains my apartment floods. The usual response from the Manager is 'yeah, everyone is having that problem'. The whole building is invested with spiders, earwigs, and centipedes. The laundry machines are broken - often.
