This place is too expensive for what you get, but that is typical of the area.

The grounds are very well kept, the office staff (although hard to find 50% of the time) is very helpful, maintenance can take a call or two to get, but always fix things the first time they visit.

Try to avoid getting one on the street - very noisy with the windows open!

Some aspects aren't great, like the bathroom tile needs to be replaced and the windows are very poorly insulated, but it is generally adequate enough for an apartment.
