Lived here three years, and have been very happy. Although the bedrooms are a little small, the apartments are newly renovated and nice. There are lovely big window sills for cats. The only complaints I ever had were the laundry room (which was admittedly a joke for the last two and 1/2 years until the machines were replaced at last), and the office staff, which for the last two and 1/2 years were persistently only at the complex across the street whenever you needed them to be in the office--and who never actually open the office when they are supposed to according to their "posted" hours. Recently they have hired more people and this situation has improved. Maintenance has always been prompt and wonderful. Great area, close to the beach and Newport. Loved living here.
