Overall it's not a bad place to live. We used to be smoke and pet free but unfortunately that has changed. Also, we used to be able to grill on the balconies with our gas grills, new owners put an end to that. They said it was the fire marshall, but a fire could be started with a cigarette too. Laundry area sucks. Twelve units share 1 washer and dryer. Just great when your slacker neighbor keeps his underwear past the wash and dry cycles and you wait for hours for it to be free. Past few years during snow storms have been bad. They don't shovel the walkways and if you go to work before 9am, dont expect to get your car out of the parking lot without a big hassle. Overall new owners and maintainence team are awesome. The 2 bedroom apartments are very large and even the 1 bedroom ones are great. One big drawback is no dishwasher in my particular apartment. Another crappy thing is carrying all your shopping bags up the flight of stairs and the rent keeps rising. Have heard of peoples mail packages missing. The competitors are a little cheaper in the area.

Unfortunately, it IS the fire marshall...ever since the Station Fire a couple of years ago the fire codes have been ridiculous :o(
