oxbow is boring!!!!! the only place children have to play is in a little park that older children ruin. the houseing is allright if u have a new apartmemnt me i have an old one so my cabinets somtimes cut my hands. itis usually noisy at night becuase of children outside and there are some drugs there and the people are not safe when the children ride through on bikes it could be improved
