Upon reading this review, many might assume that I worked for Durkin Cottages and was writing this at the management's request. So I'll start by noting that I am in no way affiliated with Durkin Cottages. -- I am just a very satisfied customer. DCR leases homes and apartments in Narragansett, RI year round to long and short term residents, particularly college students. Their various properties range in price, location, and size to meet anyone's needs. Don't let the small size of their main office decive you - the folks at DCR are both reliable and VERY helpful. In the 3 years I have rented from them, I have NEVER had a complaint with the way I have been treated. The HONEST staff is always courteous and informative and never gives the runaround. My rare requests for maintenence are always promptly addressed and the repairs and well done (no cutting of corners). The properties tend to be in good condition (though, of course, exact quality is often commensurate with rent price.) Though Narragansett is a college town, I have never had any problems with noise or anything of the kind. In short, Durkin Cottages is a sure win for anyone!
