Unlike the other posting mine is not positive. I speak from experience because I grew up here, and live here for almost 18 years. It is usually noisy, especially in the summer. There is absolutely nothing for children to do. That's why kids are always getting arrested. There was a basketball court when I was younger but that and the slide was torn out. Maintenace will fix your problems though, after about 4 calls to the office. This is not the worst place in the world but, You do not want to raise children here.
