This is the last place in newport you want to live, its cockroach and drug infested..people sitting on steps constantly, fighting in hallways..office staff needs to be replaced and better screening of tenants should be inforced.. maintance isn't keeping up with repairs, place is really going downhill fast..horrible place for children to grow up..
