I have been living at Newport Heights almost since the very beginning. So I will list the good and bad things about Newport Heights. Almost every positive aspect of the living experience here is countered by a negative.

The Good The Bad
-brand new structures------> -poorly constructed
-washer/dryer hook ups
-fenced in yards-----------> -property not set up uniform, different size yards
-new appliances
-freindly maintenance staff-> -non cordial office staff, poor office hours
-charge renters for repairs/repairs performed untimely
-no assigned parking, everyone doesn't get a driveway
-small,400 square foot difference from 2bdr to 3bdr

I could go on and on, but I won't. I'm routing for success for this property but thus far I can ignore certain issues like poorly screened residents, poorly quality, etc. Current praise for this property is questionable. There's a good chance that Newport Heights will likely be just as bad as Tonomy Hill was within ten years.
