It looks nice but they are really not, you have to pay alot for them to fix stuff in the apartment, just for one light bulb they charge 25 dollers. No parking for any guest make them park kinda far from the persons house if you park in the parking lot they will tow it in a heart beat, they like to just get money out of people. There is alot of gangs and young kids causing trouble. When i fist moved in there was some things wrong with the apartment, and they made me pay for what ever needed to be fixed. The house's have ants in the up stairs bedrooms. If you know some one who works in the office make sure they dont know anyone in your family because they are quick to run your busniess.If you have a dog, and you still clean up after it they will not do your yard for you. It's just like the old apartments but just with new paint and looks different.
