Live there when i was younger and with the times had to move back and was regreting it. I found to my amazement they were planning on replacing the windows, kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, hallways. The communication on the doing the work from the office sucked. The guys doing the work, well some of them were ok.

Windows - These guys did a good and clean job.

Bathrooms - the guys did a good job but did not lay anything down to protect our house and tracking ---- in. New toilet, new sink with hardly any water presure, and a cover over the 40 year old bathtubs. New tile Floor done half ass.

Kitchens - not a great job and man did they mess our house up, they did not covered anything and did a half assone at that off centered job on the floor and the cabinets. new Stove and Refrig. When doing the floors they got ---- on our dinning room floor and just wiped it up not worrying if it was all up.

Hallways - A cover up job...but not bad.

This place needs a new manager, She sends out an outline of things you will not do with the new places and then will not enforce them. People smoke in the Hallways and put there cigs out on the Floors, walls...rugs...basically where ever. people do what ever they want if she knows them. SHE NEEDS TO GO. The assistant needs to relace her.

Maintenance is better...but they have a long way to go...3 newport drunks and an old washed up maintenance director who you never see.

Rents are way over priced for the -------- upgrades to the place. Nice ground thou.
