It's okay - I have to say that it's okay. It's not tonomy hill but down in the first phase is horrible. I don't know how people live there. I find the maintenance men obnoxious at best. Great place, affordable and cozy I lived here for fall/winter and I loved it. Heat is included so you're always warm, grass is mowed and snow is shoveled, there are dumpsters so you don't have to pay for trash or deal with it at all. The only utility you have to pay is electric.
