this place allows people who have no income and do not payrent to live and sponge off people..cause disturbances..do drugs ..sell drugs...etc...known criminal living there is ------- ------...well known to police...drug dealer...drug user...drunk...and slut...she just moves from apartment to apartment sponging off people...causing trouble and arguments...always has money for drugs and booze...but has no income...how does that happen..only two ways i know of...smarten up heriatge..clean house and throw the free loading bums out..so the good people can have a nice life...without dealing with this looser

As the manager of the property- we had the name used by the rater removed because we never rented to anyone with that name at our property and have never received any complaints about such a situation. Obviously, the "rater" had sour grapes and had an issue with the person and not our management. We are extremely reponsive and particular about troubleshooting and find it amusing that someone had the time to post such defamation without the guts to post their name. Perhaps they were associates of the person and had a falling out....

What is this person talking about? I want to apply here because it seems like one of the nicer low income appartment areas. Obviously whoever posted this has no idea what it's like to be single, have children, and no place to live. We're all very fortunate places like this exist. It would be nice to be able to see what the appartments actually look like, though.
