walls are paper thin, neighbors get into fights and scream all night, smells like dog poo even though animals aren't allowed, car windows get smashed. Its horrid.

The apartment itself is alright. Its plain and nice for the price, but lock your doors, expect maintenance to come in whenever they want without warning...likkkke, when ur in the shower and ur a female!!!... Expect they will keep ur security deposit even when there are no stains, smells, or even picture holes in the walls!!!

I find this suprising. I lived here for 5 years and have not experienced any of this. You sound disgruntled about something. Not a fair review for potential tenants.
