I have lived in King's Grant for the past 13 years. I am NOT on Section 8 housing! If you are going to live in an apartment, you have to know that you will hear noise from time to time! I have lived on both the second and first floor and I much prefer the first. The office staff is very friendly and work with you if you have any problems. Maintenance for the most part are quick, efficient and friendly. Apparently there are some problems with one of the maintenance men, but the other two are great! They have just remodeled the kitchens and are working on some bathrooms. I have two teenage kids and I feel secure having them stay in the apartment by themselves for periods of time. You need to watch out for some tennants, but all in all everyone keeps to themselves. I have NEVER had any problems with auto vandalism. I guess it all depends on how you are and where you live.
