i have lived in kings grant. and the place is disaster it isnt that great . inside dont stay updated and cleaned. the noise is ok depends where you are people conplain over the stupidest little things the parking sucks. the office sucks . they are disrespectuful and make up there own rules the manager does anyways no the office assisant manager kris she is nice. The manager makes up own rules and dont follow huds rules. some of the aparemtens are not worth paying . the door have chiped paint the roofs leak the walls yo can hear threw the stoves are horrible and etc do i recomend yes maybe.1st apartments i quess it is ok just need some work
