During our 2 1/2 year stay at Mill Creek we had no problems at all. The units were warm & cozy, you could put in an air conditioner in the summertime and the kids were required to be inside by dark. Never had a problem, they were prompt when repairs were needed and the apt. manager was very nice and helpful.

WELL IT'S SO OBVIOUS THEY ARE LIARS. THEY ARE JUST RESPONDING TO THE TENANTS WHO POSTED 3 MONTHS EARLIER IN APRIL 2004. SO FOR LAWSUIT REASONS THIS BULL CRAP OF A STATEMENT WAS POSTED BY A FICTICIOUS "TENANT" OTHERWISE KNOW AS THE MANAGEMENT!!
