The apartments are dark with small windows...I have made numerous complaints about noise, and management's consistent response is "we can only do so much"...any other complex I've seen has a "3 strikes and you're out" policy..management here has no backbone; they'd rather ignore your complaints than be the "bad guy". Tenants have no respect for the property, including constant litter, pets using every part of the grounds as a bathroom...I would expect this from low-income housing. Stay away...
