great complex, but pricey

This is a great place to live. It is quiet, safe and clean. The apartments are bright, well kept and convenient.
The management is helpful and fast to fix anything that breaks down. The prices are higher then if you were renting privatelly owned house, but the utilities are included (heat, hot water) and the electricity is cheap. This place is the island of prettiness in the horribly ugly part of the city. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
