A mini college dorm,noisy,stay away

Primarily rents to collrge students from Rhode Island College and Johnson and Wales.Management dislikes anyone over age 30.
Multiple maintenance problems.Slow to rectify maintenance problems. Noisy. Parking:you're own you own: be prepared to part on the street.
One of the worst around. Stay away!!!!!
